General Policy
At Midwest Wheel Companies, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or need to return a part that does not meet your needs, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the requirements of this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- All components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Electrical or electronic components that have been opened or installed
- Special-order, custom, or non-stock items
- Hazardous materials including oils, chemicals, and aerosols
- Any item marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of sale
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain an RGA:
- Contact your Midwest Wheel sales representative or local branch, or email returns@midwestwheel.com.
- Provide your invoice number, part number(s), and reason for return.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Restocking Fees
Standard restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for return:
- 0% restocking fee for Midwest Wheel errors, defective parts, or shipping damage.
- Up to 25% restocking fee for customer-initiated returns (ordered in error, no longer needed, etc.).
- Higher fees may apply for special-order, drop-ship, or non-stock items.
Refunds and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Credits will be issued to your original method of payment or your Midwest Wheel account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact your local branch or sales representative. A new order will be processed, and credit will be issued once the original item is received and approved.
Shipping Your Return
All authorized returns should be shipped to your nearest Midwest Wheel branch unless otherwise directed. We recommend using a trackable carrier and retaining your tracking information until the return is processed.
